Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available for a minimal additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you need parking so we can reserve a spot for you.

Can I check in early or check out late?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please contact us 48 hours before your arrival or departure to arrange this.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our unit to ensure the space remains allergen-free for all guests.

What should I do with the trash?

Please place your trash and recycling in the bins located near the fire exit. Trash collection is every midnight, so we kindly ask you to put bins out before you sleep. 

Is the tap water drinkable?

Though tap water in the unit is clean and safe, we don’t recommend drinking it. We have provided unlimited purified water in the unit for all your needs.

Where can I find cleaning supplies?

Cleaning supplies, including brooms, mops, and a vacuum cleaner, are located in the utility closet. If you need them, please contact your hosts so our assigned cleaner can assist you.

What if I need housekeeping during my stay?

For guests staying longer periods, housekeeping services can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us to schedule a cleaning session.

What is the guest limit for the unit?

Our unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. For the comfort and safety of all, please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.

Who do I contact in case of an emergency or issue with the unit?

In case of an emergency or if you encounter any issues with the unit, please contact us immediately via Airbnb message or at the provided emergency contact number. We're here to ensure your stay is as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.
